Let's Practice Together: Here’s Where You Can Find Me Now

If you read my last blog post Taking the Leap, then you'll know I left 2 local studios to start my own.

After years of teaching in other studios in the city, I'm absolutely thrilled to finally share something that's incredibly close to my heart: I've opened my very own space for in-person classes! This journey has been one of growth, learning, and bold leaps of faith. Now, I have a place where we can move, breathe, and connect in a way that feels truly perfect. Whether you've practiced with me before or are completely new, I can't wait to welcome you into this exciting new chapter!

Reflecting on the past, having my own space was always a goal in my mind. It was a dream I held, although I once doubted its achievability, so I hadn't envisioned its specifics. Over time, the dream was pushed aside as I directed my energy elsewhere. I was uncertain about the path forward.

I was asked once, "if there were no limitations and was the best Huntsville, AL yoga teacher what would I do, and what would that look like?" I honestly could not answer at the moment, because I was so unsure. I was only focused on teaching at the studios local to me and working on my YouTube to provide free classes for practitioners. It was a few months later that I found one of my old notebooks with ideas and offerings that I had dreamed of doing.

As I read what I aspired to do and be, I realized I had checked off a few of those goals. I started to remember the goals and dreams that I originally had as I read each page of notes. Sometimes we may not know the how of things but always remember your why. Always remember your true intention behind why you're doing something. When the timing is right, everything will fall into place as it should. It may not be exactly how we imagined, but in those times, it's probably best that it worked out the way that it did.

So, here's to embracing patience, persistence, practicing affirmations, journaling my dreams + and goals, and taking steps forward, no matter how small. Remember, great things require time! Keep moving forward.
